What should I bring to my fitting? your shoes/or similar shoes with same heel height.

How do I know if I will like the dress?
In our consultation we want to understand the real YOU so we can create something that will make you feel amazing and exude your inner spirit. Every effort is made along the way to make sure its exactly what you want and fits you absolutely perfect!

How do I pick the right style for my body type?
Most people already have styles they love because the shape makes them feel good. But even so, we have years of experience designing garments that will be flattering for any body shape and can advise what style will make you feel beautiful.

How much do alterations cost?
Our custom bridal gowns include all necessary alterations with a few exceptions. If your size changes enough we have to rework your dress you will be charged our current rate. If you request changes not in the original proposal you will be charged our current rate.

When is payment expected? A design proposal fee will be due after the consultation. A deposit will be required when the proposal is accepted, and a payment schedule will be created. All payments are due prior to the final fitting.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and cards.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Custom and made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have an issue with your order please contact us!

Do you have gowns I can try on?
Due to the custom nature of our business, we don't keep gowns in a variety of styles and sizes.

Can I cancel my order? Made to order dresses can be cancelled for 72 hours after purchase. Custom orders will have a deposit/payment schedule that reflects how much work has been done. If a custom dress is cancelled any monies paid will be forfeited.

What if my order is damaged or lost?
All our garments are made in our own factory in the USA with the utmost attention to perfection. No garment is shipped with known imperfections. If you have any concerns please contact us. Please note, we are not liable for damages or lost packages once out of our possession.
